  • Most likely a milk duct but mention it to your Dr if its still there next time you go in
  • @heyitsme okay i will i go tomar. how can i get the milk duct out tho ?
  • Milk ducts are supposed to be there, they are what bring the milk to your nipples. You may have a CLOGGED duct, in which case pumping and hot water on the area should take care of it.
  • @CaptainMorgaine pump ? but im not nursing yet. my baby isnt here yet. and just put a hot cloth on it ?
  • You can pump whether or not your baby is here yet, although I didnt because there was never any need to. A washcloth wet with hot water will work great, and in between reheating the washcloth, you can massage the area.
  • @CaptainMorgaine okay thanks i will def do that im so nervous !
  • its normal.. i have one leaky breast and the other doesnt do much.. lol.. the one w/out the lump is probably cause it leaks not to worry girl totally normal .. just wait till your milk comes in.. you have all the milk ducts fill and lump up..
  • If you pump it will cause contractions
  • I think that as long as the lump is not painful I would leave it alone...it is probably just making colostrum for when baby is born
  • I have a lump also..its just the milk I believe. Nothing to worry about tho. But don't pump! It can cause contractions.
  • @cute_pebbles did you mention to your doc yet? Im a bit concerned about mine also.
