No muscles in boobs ?

Someone told me that if I keep breastfeeding my boobs are gonna loose all muscles and your boobs will sag forever

lol what? i hear this alot, but its more pregnancy changes your breasts than breastfeeding. breastfeeding might change the size but not so much as sag them..during pregnancy its good to wear really good supporting bras

i don't know how much is true...but i read that sagging is not from breastfeeding or pregnancy itself but about the lack of good bra support during those.

Umm pretty sure there's no muscles in them anyways. There's muscles behind them, but breasts are just fatty tissue. to reduce sagging make sure you wear a supportive bra 24/7

My sagged a bit more after breastfeeding but working out my upper body really helped

I didn't bf my son and they didn't sag from the pregnancy. I am feeding my daughter and they are fine so far, lets hope they stay that way lol

PREGNANCY stretches your boobs, NOT breastfeeding. There have studies and such.

@tinka1326 well my problem is I have no boobs they are small so a booblift won't work for me N I'm scared to get implants

My boobs went from at 34 a to 34c while I was prego I loved my boobs,then my boobs got even bigger when baby came. I stopped breastfeeding at 6 weeks,and its like there deflated,I hate them. @ashleyfew exactly... Like empty sandbags. SMH

O my boobs are nasty saggy, I loved then during pregnancy, but now I have to wear a cami at all times lol they're gross

Before pregnancy I was a DD... During pregnancy an F but afterwards and even after I dried up they stayed that size... Second time round they didn't really change much during the pregnancy.
