I had my baby yesterday vaginal I didn't rip or tear but I was hemorrhaging really bad because I have really low iron.I was bleeding so bad blood was was just gushing out for no reason,so my doc came in dug her hand DEEP in my uterus twice & removed all the clots & omfg it hurted soo bad but anywho my bleeding has damn near stopped already I went to the bathroom & I had a pad on for 3 hours & there was barely any blood.Is that normal or should it get heavier in a few days?

My bleeding was so on and off. Still 4 weeks pp. Its pretty light but the more I do the heavier I bleed. Even in the beginning it was unpredictable.

Mine was like that too. It will vary alot before it stops.
