You mostly use it when feeding.i really need something. I am soaking through my pads/bras and shirts.I'm wasting so much @ashleyfew I wish I had an over supply problem I'm afraid I'm not going to have enough stored when I go back to work in a week and a half.
I know avent makes something like that too..I got some from babies r us but I never use them so I am going to take them back cause I dont leak too much, plus I also have an over supply.
