I have a really quick question about circumcision. I never got my son circumcised. He will be 2 June 15 and I constantly hear people saying how it could cause problems. Exactly what problems does it cause and is it too late to do it now?

There are a lot of opinions on both....but if not cleaned properly the risk of infection increases a lot. It can still be done but I believe @ 2 it would be surgery now.

If they hit nerves or muscles you can cause a condition of hiding penis where the penis goes inside the body and had to be pulled out to use the toilet. It depends how the surgery went. I personally think there healthier but everyone has different opinions and religious veiws. Both my boys are done and fine.

But not having it done can cause infection if not cleaned right and rises Rick of getting sti's. Can be totally fine it cleaned well. Like anything else on your body. I kinda read it wrong in relation to my first comment.

I have never actually met anyone who had issues with not being cut I live in a state with the lowest circumcision rates. I only have one friend who had her boy done the rest if my friends didn't and have no probs. My 2 and 9 yr old are not cut either it just takes proper care and teachings. Don't retract! Clean like a fingernail

I didn't do it for my son because my family doesn't do it and neither does my husbands and he is 4 months and he is fine. I just make sure its clean
