Question about putting LO in bed with me

Ive been putting my 2wk old in bed with me because he doesnt sleep well otherwise. My family keeps telling me im "creating a monster" and he'll be sleeping in my bed even when hes 5yrs old, etc etc. So my question is.. Will it be hard (or impossible) to get him in his own bed later down the road? My first son was a great sleeper from day 1. He woke up to eat & went right back to sleep so im new at having a fussy baby lol

My 2 yr old is still in my bed... I've heard as long as you get them back in their own bed by 6 months your ok.. Not for sure tho

I have never had any issues. I waited until baby slept thru the night and then transitioned.

U can remove rails on one side of crib and put crib next to ur bed

There r benefits to Co sleeping too. Some moms have trouble because their kids lkr the closeness and no one likes to sleep alone

Yea, he definitely seems to just want to be close to mama and I dont mind at all.

I did it with both of my daughters and now with my son. I love the bond it creates and I had both daughters in their cribs by 10 months and in toddler beds by 18 months! Its def doable!! Lol

My daughter is almost 5 months and she literally will not sleep in her bed or even take a nap longer than 5 minutes without someone holding her, I suggest you try at least so you have options, the crib thing by the bed sounds good then baby is with you but in their own bed
