Yes we both have! It basically teaches you the amount of food should be eating and helps keep you accountable.
I had to start with Jenny Craig because I had ZERO will power lol but once I put my mind to it I switched to weight watchers & even when I'm not dieting I look ay things in 'points' lol
I would recommend it to any one We worked out on top of dieting & stuff too. Which I also would recommend!
