I pumped almost twelve ounces today I could have done more but my back was hurting. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to pump going back to work hopefully this keeps up!!i was only getting like three ounces a day before hand!

That's awesome! I get roughly 8 to 11oz in one sitting total from both sides..keep up the good work!

I only get 1/2-1oz from each breast in one sitting. What's wrong with me?

Share the secrets ladies I need help, my supply keeps getting less & less by the day I wish I could stay home, my probs didn't start till I returned to work. I want to be a milk machine like yall lol...I'm jealous

@momma_erica and@eskarne_399 I drink water all day at work which seems to be helping. I wasn't drinking much at home which if when I wasn't getting much. @kristaf22 I'm jealous of you I wish I had been able to do that and stock up before I went back to work because I'm only able to pump once at work and I know my supply is going to go down because of that. Thanks @devinedesign and @britt21

@MrsThompson34...WOW!! that is awsome, I'm really jealous lol. Take full advantage & freeze it because returning to work has sucked my supply to hardly any & I wish I would of stock my freezer when I had the chance

@momma_Erica lol i cant believe it sometimes also. My Family calls me a cow lol. I have 20 of the 5oz bags frozed already took me only a couple of days. One night i pumped 20oz but it was 2 sittings of pumping. N some of the milk goes to waste bc my Baby drinks 3oz out of the 8 to 10oz i pump

Yepp drinking water & sleep def makes a difference. I have 7 1gal ziploc bags full of at least 8 to 10 bags that varies in oz.

I wish I could take naps but I've gotten maybe five hours total of sleep on the last three days. Little man screams from midnight to five am going on night three of this. And I have no idea why he does it. @kristaf22

@junebuggbabie85 I went through the same with my lo. I thought it was colic but it finally stopped after a week.
