My little girl had her 2 month shots today...it tore me apart watching her cry. She got 4 vaccinations but only 2 shots(thank god) she did well with the first one but screamed on the second one. She cried all the way home. I hate watching her get shots. I hope it gets easier each time but I don't think I'll be that lucky. Idk any kid who likes getting shots lol

Give her tylenol before she gets her shots so the pain wont be as bad on her legs after the shots. That's what I always dud anf that's what my doc told me to do...it doesnt get easier lol I think I think k it gets worse bc they get harder to hold down

My lo had her shots today too. She did great! I expected her to go crazy because she can be a little crybaby sometimes. Lol. I was already prepared to cry myself. But I didn't even have time to cry! She let out a scream and a couple wimpers and was quite within like 5 seconds. She slept on the way home and after we got here she stayed up about an hour and was smiling and laughing the whole time. Took a 4 hour nap and now shes awake again and shes still acting fine. Jopeshe stays like this and I really hope the next shots are this easy too.

I'm so jealous @mimii36 I wish mine would've went like that. I can't seem to put her down for more than a few minutes.

Does she have a fever? If do you should give her meed. I gave my lo some tylenol because she has a fever. I haven't gave her any since tho because the fever us gone and she doesn't seem to be in pain. Meds wont hurt her tho. It will help a lot if shes in pain.

She stopped when I picked her up...so I think she just wanted to be comforted and cuddled...she's sleeping now.

I held her lil hands during n she took the first one like a champ but screamed her head off for the other two She fell asleep on the way hm but once she awoke she cried differently idk like she was in pain. I gave her 0.4 ml like the Dr said n she's been fine since. Hope ur lo keeps doing well after her nap. :-)
