Getting sick of "stuff" (mini vent)

It's been almost a month since I had my lil Piper and I still can't control my bladder (TMI sorry) I'm soooo sick of peeing on myself I've done a million Kegals and it's NOT helping! Any suggestions????

Do you do kegels when you pee? That's the best time. Hold for 10 sec doing them 10 times on the toilet.
Squatting and doing them works great too.

I would talk to your doctor and see if they can help you. I had the same problem with my first baby but it went away after a couple days

OH.EM.GEE! I still have that problem! I have done tons of those kegels!

I still have that problem and everytime I tell my Dr he says I'm not doing my kegals enough but I've done them since I was about 4 months pregnant.

@bambi_bump -I know!!! I'm so sick of people telling me to do Kegals, I did them even before I was preggo damn it. I'm gonna be a crazy 36 year old pee pants Whaaaaaaaaahhhhhh lol

I sometimes have a pee issue and I hate it.

Not to get to personal but have you been having problems with constapation or possible cramping? It isn't common but you could have a bowel blockage causing you to have trouble controlling your bladder. I'll see if I can find a link.

@conreeaght thanks for finding the link. No constipation though, actually the other way around since i started pumping.
