please pray for my baby cousin.
shes pregnant with a little boy and has been having a very rough month.
she got an mri on friday and got the results yesterday, it is not good news
her baby boy will be getting his wings much too early
please pray for her strength and her family

my baby cousin Cheyenne is 15yrs old, found out she was preg about 3 months ago, shes due in april. well when she had an ultrasound at about 22 week the ultrasound tech told her some bad news. they baby was a boy but it looked like he was missing his cerebellum. this was a bad diagosis and they said baby would more than like be extremely challanged and probably paralyzed. my cousin was stayin strong and optomistic. they sent her to a specialist, there they did more ultrasounds and found that baby did have a cerebellum but his spinal cord was pulling on it causing it to b tense and pulling away from the brain, this would mean that baby could b paralyzed and probably have some mental disabilities, which is a better diagnosis than a missing cerebellum. they said they could do surgery as soon as hes born to correct it. so we all got our hopes up and were optomistic baby charles would make it. well she got an mri done on friday and got the results back yesterday. its very bad news. baby charles has a hole on his spinal cord, a very big one and his cerebellum has herniated. the diagnosis is grim. baby charles only has a 33% chance of survival he will more than likely spend his whole short life in the childrens hospital. we are all devistated

Awe that is so very sad!!!! The poor girl is young and has to experience such a horrible tragedy in her life. Not dogging her age so please don't think that. I was 15 when I got pregnant. I'm simply saying it would be hard for any mother/father to have to go through let alone at such a young age. I feel so horrible. I pray that God rests his hands on all of you ESP. Mommy and baby!!! I hope he h as a chance! May God comfort you all!! I lost a child but nothing like this! Such a horrible thing!!!! Good luck to you all!

@momofSOONtobe7 thank you very much. i would be so heartbroken and wrecked if i had to go through what her and her family are going through and im almost 23. its just so sad because he was doing perfect and all ultrasounds looked really good, until her 20week one i really hope they are able to do something for little chico. he will more than likely spend his entire short life in the childrens hospital. cheyenne will be living on campus at the ronald mcdonald house so she can be with him and still continue to do her schooling. im thinking about going down there for a while with her as well

and the really sad thing is that they can perform the surgery while she is still pregnant but they wont accept her because of her age! shes tried everything, her mom is struggling with all the medical bills and on the verge of losing her house. cheyennes older sister who is 21 has a bunch of bills that her mom now has to garnish the wages, and angel refuses to step up and help with the money she owes their mom!! that money would b extremely helpful to them right now
