So Rion will be 4months in 8 days!!! My ped. told me I could start baby food at that time! What are your suggestions on the best first food? Also store bought or home made? What has worked for you ladies?
@jsmyonlylove wow! My son has rice in his milk for a month now, because he has reflux. I can tell he is ready for food because he watches us eat and pushes his face close to our food as if he wants a bite lol. But thats great that you haven't yet needed it for your little one!

Thanks for the advice! @mom2ing he gets cereal in his bottle now for a month and has had it once in a bowl!! @bahamamama4828 between this forum and others, I'm hearing alot about the avocado, my question is What consistency, and to mix it with water or bm? Your thoughts!
