Burping baby

My lo will not burp when shes sleep! She always dalls back asleep during her nightime bottles & I can never get her to burp. Is this normal?

When I give elizabeth does get a bottle she doesnt always burp. But try sitting her on your leg and and you hand kind holding her by her neck. But kinda leaning her forward to add a little pressure on her tummy amd pat her back. That almost always worked when she would fall asleep.

@proudmommy8789 thats how I do it anyway because she wont burp in any other position than that when shes awake. I just wanted to make sure it was ok that she wasnt burping. She wakes up gassy in the mornings so I didnt know if it was because she doesnt burp.

@MrsThompson34 ok thnks. I just wanted to be sure. Btw...shes doing just as good on the Parents Choice formula. It even keeps her full longer.

My son doesn't burp when he's asleep also. I have to wait until he wakes up. Hmm... I wonder y though

@MrsThompson yes I am. I just don't get as much out so I do half bm and half formula. But I take the fenugreek and pump as much as I can.

@Mieshasmith35 idk..I think its weird too..but then again I don't ever remember burping in my sleep either. Lol
