@usplus2 give me a week, ill send you pix when im done and let you know how much. then you can pay if you want it if not thats totally fine so 2t size shirt? would you like the tutu attached to the shirt or separate? do you want ribbons on it? is there anyway you can measure you daughters waist? if not, i have elastic that will fit most toddlers its stretchy so it will never be too small or too big
