My iron Has ALWAYS been low , and i just started taking those pills " slow fe" . any of you guys take it , did it bring your iron up? because i need my iron come up terribley ! im tired of being pricked when i go to WIC. lol and also did it stop making you crave ice?

I took it a few times and was fine but I never craved ice

My aunt had to take it during pregnancy because she became anemic. They helped her.
