So I have 4 weeks 2 days left and I have been having some painless contractions. Dr said all is well, her head I down and everything looks good. I just went the the bathroom and when I wiped it was pink! Why is the happening could it mean I am close to going into labor?

It could be the start of you.mucus plug or bloody show. Dont stress too much unless it's a large amount

If you have recently had sex, within 24 hours, your cervex could just have been irratated and caused the show.

This happened to me but it started weeks before I actually had my daughter I know its different for everyone. Mine started then stopped then started again until my water broke one day.

I only saw any kind of spotting or blood in the very very beginning of my period and maybe 20 minutes before i gave birth to my son!

@everyone so I got little sleep last night, went to work today, and then a friends childs birthday party. Still having contractions they are still painful but manageable. Hmmmm the question is, is is helping me dialate or not? No more blood so not sure what happened.

Right before labor I wiped and had a period color wipe... like a good amount... 15 minutes later I was rough contracting but before for a month I was having pinkish little bits that was my mucus plug...

Well I went to the hospital and they checked me, I am having very strong contractions however I am still closed.
