Not to try to top anyone... but not only was it vday, but also my birthday. All i got was a card from my husband and he got one "from our baby". And money is not an issue
I cursed my bf I guess. I got a bamboo plant and a Venus fly trap the second which I need to move throughout the house several times a day to get sun, water with distilled water only 3x a day, feed it live bugs 1-3x a month, AND buy a new pot and special soil for...as if taking care of an 8 month old, a dog, a cat and a house isn't enough...

I never knew I could become jealous of a laptop till yesterday... I don't have the heart to destroy it though.
