How much baby food do yalls 6 month olds eat? I was feeding mine 2-3 oz twice a day but my friend said thats not enough. So I gave him 4 oz 3 times today. I feel like that is too much though. I'm so confused about food.

2-3oz is enough. Your friend is wrong. At 6 months your baby doesn't require baby food so any amount will be considered enough. All babies really need is breast milk/formula until age 1. So you are fine with 2-3oz if that's what you are comfortable with.

Yeah, my daughter only gets two jars a day... lunch and supper. She probably would eat more if I offered it, but since they need only formula, I don't offer more.
