dr says thrush what do you think?(pic included)

was just at the dr and she says its thrush...told me to micronazole on it, and if it don't get any better to come back next week. it hurts a lot. I asked about apno and she hadn't even heard of it. the open spots are yellow and pussy not white like thrush. im just concerned that they are infected and I need an antibiotic. daughters ped says she doesn't have it but gave her nystantin anyways. should I go see an LC?

If you have it dd needs to be treated too. It is very hard to het rid of. dd can have it with no symptoms. Yes, talk to a lc too. They will have good tips.
