I was reading about breastfeeding because I plan on bf my baby girl like I did with my son and it said that water makes u stop making milk is this ture I thought it helped?? Because from my son thats what I would drink because coke gave him gas....

has anybody else heard this???

Too much water has adverse effects. Its recommended to drink for thirst.

My sister in law is a PA and she told me to drink more water to get my supply up and it worked for me.

Too much of anything can be harmful. I find that just drinking my normal amount helped keep my supply up.

Just put in daily water needed for women I'm sure lots of different things will come up... Look for a formula or calculator.
