Tummy Troubles (tmi maybe)

My ms has come back and i am having a bad case of diareah. No matter how hard I try I just can't stay hydrated. I don't really like gatorade because it's to sugary. I was thinking about getting pedialyte freezer pops. What do ya think? Other ideas??

  • also......side note.........my urine is a light color but its also cloudy.
  • Are u pregnant???. Because the last time I had diareah the doctor told me I could drink two table spoons of pepto bismol. N allot of water.

    Be careful because if you are pregnant it can send you into preterm labor.

  • No that the coconut water is good. It helps. N pedialyte also.
  • Reg water will hydrate you as well hun :-) Vitamin water is good to and okay if you don't over do it not sugary like gatoade. Mio water flavors are great too :-)
  • Oh srry I didn't over read my post.
    I meant that if you dehydrated it can send u in to preterm labor.
    But coconut water can't srry my bad. Oops.
