And if so, can you send it to me?? I'm about to lose my damn mind. Tessa is 11 months old and I still have to hold her til she falls asleep, which I wouldn't mind, if it didn't take almost 2 hours!!! She's getting harder and harder to put to bed and idk what to do. If I try to put her down even semi awake, she just stands up and starts screaming.

@Sophiasmom11 we FINALLY got over that nap hurdle, because she was the same way, but I still have to sit with her for anywhere from 5-30 mins before she'll actually fall asleep. Bedtime has gotten progressively worse. Our routine started at 7:30 and she JUST fell asleep.
