Losing lots of bright red blood, 2 tangerine sized clots along with lots of other small ones. In so much pain I am in tears. I know exactly what's going on as I have been down this road before.
Like steph said, if you take a test within the next day or so it will still show.
Tangerines sized clots is not normal even with a month skipped. Definitely sounds like a miscarriage because if not, I'd be terribly concerned. Please seek some medical attention if the pain doesn't subside in the next couple of hours and you're bleeding through a pad per hour.
I am feeling very sore, and tired, with a bit of a headache, all which are normal. However I am also running a fever? I know that's not good but does it always mean infection?

You can die from a uterine infection. It can get into your blood quickly and cause sepsis which begins to shut all of your organs down. I developed this from a termination and spent two weeks in the hospital.
