natural healing?

Has any1 had it before and if so for what? I've been looking into it as was reccomended it for my panic attacks along with accupuncture which I can't have as I'm on warferin just wondered if any1 had used it and found it helped them

That's all we do in my house, it works better than anything else for us. I'm not sure about panic attacks.

@Bahamamama4828 I have spoken to some1 who does it as also asked about for ibs and he said would help panic attacks but not ibs

what do they actually do? Lol and @ YNVTish I'm not entirely sure what they do tbh lol x
