Anyone know the benefits of it vs cows milk? I was going to switch Alana to cows milk when the time is right but almond milk seems so much more.. Yummy lol and hopefully it's beneficial.

Depends on what brand you buy lol almond milk has more calcium/vit d. It's more natural. Some cows milk has hormones, antibiotics and chemicals during processing.

Actually commercial milk does have pus and what not. Local raw milk doesnt have all the crap.
