growth spurt?!?!

My lo will be 3 week tomorrow...all she has been wanting to do is eat! My breasts don't feel full anymore the past few days, and have felt empty. Last night I pumped .5 oz and that was all...and they've felt soft since then. I can't put her down or she cries, and wants to eat more. I don't know what's going on. Do they normally have growth spurts at this time?

The first 3 months will be like this or similar. Very normal.. more than normal. Enjoy it

Yes growth spurts are very frequent at such a young age.

@bahamamama4828 good to know..I just wasn't sure if it was a growth spurt or she wasn't getting enough even though she has a ton of pee diapers. She just wants to sleep with my nipple in her mouth and only suckles for a few minutes at each breast.
