My ob was going to give it me to start my labor...but had to have a c section. Heard/read bad things about it though

I used it for my first induction 9 years ago with no issues. My dr was gonna use it for my second induction last year but decided against it bc i had high blood pressure and wanted to be able to stop labor if need be.

I just saw my tag. But yes I was induced with cytotec. I already talked to op about it, but for anyone else I had no complications with it but still wouldn't recommend it. Read up on the higher risks of complications. Even being used as a way to help along a mc or an abortion is questionable IMO. There are serious complications the mother can have and It's known to have these complications happen more often then most ways of inducing.
