Remedies for cracked bleeding nipples

What can i do for my nipples...cracked and bleeding and so painful when pumping and feeding throughout the day. I am using lanolin but thats it.

Breast milk! Make sure after every feeding you let your nipples air dry. Also coconut oil is awesome!

And make sure latch is correct. don't directly soap your nipples in the shower

Oh!! I hate those sore nipple moments, I've been bfing for 14 mo and sometimes she bites ouch!
