  • That's great! Congrats I'm very happy for you. And not too much more to go if u can do 17 then 11 will seem easy :). And glad you feel like it's something u can do forever. Obviously once your down to your goal weight u wanna sit down and calculate things again. Just put in 0 as weight loss goal and put in the amount of exercise you know you can do without it feeling like burdan if that makes sense. And it should give u a number of calories to stay around. And for little u will keepbut then it will be very easy to know the correct portion and you will get used to it. I've never had to do this for my own body but have helped two great friends they used the app to help along everyday until it got easy for them. And once again so great your doing this and all on your own the natural way.

  • That's awesome! I wanted to be alot thinner before I got pregnant with my second too but didn't have enough motivation. Now I have no excuses and hope to lose all my baby weight.
