DILATED!!!

Last doctor appointment I was dilated a inch. So I have been walking like crazy. Next check up is Wed. I'm 37 wks. Any other tips besides walking??

I been dilated since 31 wks now I'm 35 I been walking and having sex and still nothing....I've only dilated one more cm inbetween those weeks.

You would be dilated in cm hun not inches. But it isn't uncommon to be dilated for weeks and months before you have the baby. I was at 1.5cm from 35 weeks and I went to 41 weeks and was induced. You can try everything, but that baby will only come when its ready. congrats

I agree with kayleesmommy. I was dilated 2 cm at 35 weeks all up untill the day I had my little girl. And she was 3 days early it just really all depends on when the baby is ready. All I can say is jbust be patient your baby will be here soon enough

I'm just so anxious to get this show on the road but I know she will come when she is ready.

spicy food, bowling then sex....worked for us. i was 38 wks and dialated to a 1 at dr apt that afternoon. woke up next am and water had broke.
