im 37 weeks and when my doctor felt my belly today she said he is around 6 pounds ive gained 35 though lol.. How far along are you and how much does your baby wiegh, how much have you gained and boy or girl..
I am 35 weeks and I swear this baby has got to be 7- 7.5 lbs right now. We'll do an ultrasound next week to check his size. My midwife is concerned he's big too because I have gestational diabetes. My daughter was 9 lb 9.5 oz but she was 11 days late
I'm 30wks and yesterday had a u/s and she is 3lbs 2oz..I've gained 10lbs so far.. @huneybee do you remember when they start gaining half a pound a wk I was trying to remember but couldn't
I will b 34weeks tomorrow, i have a appt today. My midwife couldn't tell me how much she weighed last appt but she was jus estimating off the measurements of my stomach so hopefully she will b able to tell me soon.
Omg my baby is going to be so huge :-S guess I better take back the 3 preemie outfits my bd bought me.(he didnt know what preemie ment lol,but my 2nd son weighed 6lbs 5oz and preemie fit him perfect for 3 weeks so I thought id hold on to them just in case) @hunnybee Even though you gained 35lbs you look fantastic!!!! Ive only gained 8lbs but I look like an elephant (the baby is so low my stomach touches my thighs)
@hayleegracesmommy4 yeah mine didnt mention anything to me about it until now which is 37 weeks but she just told me thats how big he felt to her so really she's just guessing.. if you ask your midwife next time you go in im sure she/he will estimate for you..
At 32 weeks she was 4' 13" and last week at 36 weeks she was 8 lbs! But i have gestational diabetes so shes bigger than your average baby! Hoping to have her soon since shes gaining about a pound a week!!!
When I had my last u/s at 36 weeks they said my daughter is around 6lbs...I'm gonna be 39 weeks Tuesday and as of this past Friday I've gained 30lbs...my doc says he doesn't see her being much more than 8lbs if that. I'm hoping he's right cause I was 9lbs 10oz at birth lol
I'm 24wks having a girl n at my visit n March She weighed 10 1/2ounces so I hope my next appt. May 24th She has gotten bigger..I lost 6lbs at the beginng n Monday at my visit I gained 4lbs back so I guess I'm gaining now....so ready for Aug
