Learned there were a lot of us here! Where are you guys at and what hospitals are you guys delivering at???? Its exciting to see a lot of us here, and who is getting beat the hell up with this weather lol????
I'm Albany Corvallis area but my OB and I will be delivering is Salem Hospital. Had my first there 5 almost 6 years ago omg what's with this weather??? 65 not even what 2-3 weeks ago now it's frigging 90+ ugh thank god for AC!
Ugh I don't have ac @Mylittleman2011 this place we moved in straight bamboozled us! But we are semi surving we made it through august! I had my son in Eugene three years ago and now imma have my daughter at OHSU.
@Mylittleman2011 I had him at secret heart right on campus lol. I didn't have the luxuary of the new hospital but I did have surgery there before I left. The new hospital in springfeild is bomb.com lol! @OregonMama I heard of that hospital but don't have a clue where it is lol, and I been here all my life!
Im having my lil girl in Riverbend and it is so beautiful and has a great nicu! My sis had her twins there almost a year ago and they were 2 months early. 1 stayed there a month and the other had to go to doernbecker, but both doing so great now. I'm due on the 24th so any day now for me
@angierose3 I had a horrible experience at secret heart left the next day after I gave birth. But the new hospital seems like it had a better vibe and it could have been the atmosphere of a nice building with better equiptment and techno.
@QweenNique I had my 3 1/2 year old girl at sacred heart and it was fine, but we didnt want to stay in the hospital so left the same day. She was born at 4am and we left around 7pm
Im originally from MI, but I lived in s.e. Portland from age 19-24. I live back in the dirty glove, but I REALLY wish I still lived in OR. Bd and I talk about moving back, but to Eugene (cuz that's where all our friends with kids live).
@qweennique se portland here! delivering at adventist on sunday!! had my almost 7yo at emanuel (horrible!) haf my almost 2yo at providence (not to bad)
@QweenNique with my first yes, this is my 3rd and I'm a midwife and have my backup midwife as well....the hospital here is scary, could go to silverton but I have fast labors and prefer not to have a hospital setting
I'm from Eugene but live in Beaverton. Had my first at McKenzie Willamette and loved it. Had my second at legacy good Samaritan in Portland and loved it
