A friend told me about power pumping today, im going to try it tonight! I can not wait! Because right now i am suplementing with formula. Good luck and hope i could help!

I tried it for 3 nights. My lactation consultant said you have to do it at the same time every day for 3-5 days. It only helped me to pump an extra 1/2 ounce per breast a day. And my breast felt very full in the morning. Better than nothing but no where near what I was hopeing for. Good luck!

@newmomma13 I read it. My lo now refuses to latch on. If its not one think its another. I think I'm just going to have to accept the fact I can't bf anymore.

Lol i pump more than ten times aday

i think thats y with every sitting i get about 8 to 10oz.

Ok I just read the link. That is not the way I was told to do it. I was told you pump for 15 minutes wait 10 minutes pump for 10 minutes and so on for 1-1&1/2 hours. I will have to try the other way.
