I was induced 2 weeks past dd and ended up havin emergency c section 36hrs after it all started!! was horrible! i was told that i could not swim for at least 6weeks after my csection due to the risk of infection!
@denois Oh my so sorry. I really hope to not go thur that. Thats what I am worried about. I of course will talk with my Dr before getting back into the pool. At this point looking for any positive thoughts as I will not be able to change the situation if it happens. Were you dialated at all when you started induction?
Ugh I am very worried about how this will turn out. However I would rather be induced then have a c section. I am dealthy afraid of having a c section.
Good luck! You're almost there! Inductions up your chance of a section by 60% I have been there, I was miserable at 2 days overdue lol but I've never been induced.
I was 2cm dialated wheb i went in! got to 3cm and nothing else happened! i had back labour and the pain was horrible! after so many hrs i was just glad to have my baby out lol!
Thanks guys, I feel like I am going crazy. I am 40 and 3 days right now. My induction is scheduled for the 2nd then I will be 41 weeks and 1 day. Both my others daughters were born natural no drugs or anything 2 weeks early.
