• I've eaten spicy Mexican food with all three of my kids. It hasn't hurt anything other than giving me heart burn on occasion. If anything my two boys love spicy food too, so thats a plus in my book.

• As some one whose had three babies that are too big to deliver, your doctor should be able to tell from a growth ultra sound later in the third trimester and also knowing the size of your pelvis.
