@lubz they started me on Cervadil which was a vaginal insert, almost like a tampon. After that didn't help much they switched me to an IV of pitocin. The methods to induce don't hurt but once they broke my water and real labor began then I was in …

Just remember that even with a scheduled induction it can still take awhile for baby to arrive. I had an appointment to be induced at 7pm on a Tuesday, they started me on cervadil at 8pm Tuesday (later put me on pitocin) and I did not deliver until…

@Gunners_mommy they aren't painful, just unpleasant. It's like the whole lower abdomen muscles tense up really tight. I have to take deep breaths and sometimes they make me feel like I have to go poo but that feeling passes after about a minute (s…

I am so happy for you =) how far along are you now?

I did, as a surrogate. It worked on the 2nd try, although only 1 of the 2 embryos emplanted. The worst part was the months of hormone injections. At the end of the shots I seriously didn't think my butt could take 1 more poke. I think ivf is a g…

I am 23 weeks and I am sooooo tired. Although I do have more energy when I actually get up and make myself do things. But if I let myself be lazy I feel like I could just sleep all day. Try being active and see if it triggers some energy.

Noah James is a wonderful name

How old is she? I think the approach would vary depending on age.

@jbandno3, yes they would like me to provide milk for awhile after the birth. I was only able to breastfeed my son for 11 weeks because my supply diminished when I went back to work, so I don't know how long I can help them with it but I am going t…

Up&Up diapers from Target. I used Huggies until I discovered this brand. I have been using them on my son for almost 2 years now and I have not had leaks or blowouts. They are just as good as huggies and much cheaper.

Thanks everyone. I will call the local la leche league and find out. Usually the hospital places the baby directly to the breast when it is born, but this baby will go directly to it's parents so we are trying to figure out what to do.

My son's stepbrothers were born at 36 weeks and both babies were over 6 pounds.

I went to Chuck E Cheese a few weeks ago and I was sooooooo happy when I saw that they had caffeine free Pepsi at the soda fountain. I have never found it anywhere else.

If it's not uncomfortable for you, try laying on your stomach. I am 20 weeks on Sunday and they only time I even feel the small flutters with this baby is when I lay on my belly. Don't worry, you won't squish your baby ;p

Jeep Wrangler. I had one a few years ago but sold it for a family car when I was pregnantr with my son. Now I wish that I would have kept it. I currently have a 03 Mercedes C230 and it has been nothing but trouble.

How does a home test work?

In vitro fertilization. (Not my baby) Person below me: what's your biggest fear about raising a child?

If they weren't too concerned about rushing your chart to the doctor, I'm sure everything is fine. The beta levels will slow down and you probably only have a singleton instead of twins.

Mine didn't with my first so I don't think it will this time either.

I will be 20 weeks tomorrow and I have also been experiencing that. It isn't all the time and it's really bad when I am eating. I have been craving cereal but when I put the spoon in my mouth all I can taste is metal.

I will be 20 weeks tomorrow and I felt the first movement about 2 weeks ago. I was laying on my belly in bad and it was almost like a little tickle from the inside. Haven't felt much since.

All of those things so so good. I might have to go get a slush today :)
