I had pre-elcampsia (toxemia) with both of my previous pregnancies. Unfortunatly, it can not be prevented. The only thing the dr. can do is monitor your blood pressure and watch for protein in your urine. I had both c-sections @ around 37-38 weeks…

I have been working for an OB for 15 years..sleeping on your belly does NOT harm the baby. The baby can breathe. Your body will tell you what u can & cannot do. As u get further along, the best position is on ur left side and not on ur back.
