First app i had a urine test, pap smear, u/s, bloodwork, weight chk, nlood pressure, and a chance to answer questions. Im not a teen mom im 20 and married so i cant give advice well on how to tell them but i think just tell them now and get it over with instead of haveing to think of reasons y you could be tired or sick all the time... goodluck
