so I'm at the hospital contactions 3 minutes apart but only dialated 2 cm and 50 % effaced they told me to walk for an hour and they'll check me again if I've progressed they'll admit me.. wish me luck oh and I'm due tomorrow

so they're was no progress and they sent me home.. extremely bummed contractions hav nearly stopped since I've been home. false alarm I suppose.
