So I have cut back a little at a time and now I'm 14 weeks and this is day 2 with out even a hit off a cigarette! I'm so happy! I Did it!!! I didn't think I could this time but I did!!!

Its hard thats for sure!! I haven't smoked in months but I still crave cigarettes like crazy! Keep up the good work, its totally worth it!

Good going girl. I haven't had one since the 16th and I told my doctor today and she jumped up and hugged me lol

@everyone Ok day 3 :-)) doing good still! I almost chopped my husband's head off because of a mood swing last night But he was a good sport lol he is proud of me too :-)
