many hospitals don't allow pictures/video of the actual delivery...it's a cover-their-ass thing which, while understandable in a medical point-of-view, takes away from memories in my personal opinion. it's ridiculous that (in the U.S.) we're in such a lawsuit-happy state, but that's why many don't allow it. we could take pictures of labor and the baby on the warming table after delivery, but there were none allowed of the actual delivery or cord-cutting. :-(

@mam082711 our doctors were insisting we took pictures especially of the cord cutting, they said we would regret if we didn't, more places should let you it's a special moment!
