Doseage for fenugreek

What is the doseage of fenugreek, like the milligrams per pill? I know its 3 pills 3 times a day. I got some that are 1300 milligrams a pill. Should I still take 3 at a time?

You should be taking in at least 3500mg of fenugreek per day to get results. A little more is ok.

Damn .... Mine are only 610mg . I take 3, 3x per day. Sooo 5,490mg..
