Lol so I'm not completely flat back there but I'm losing weight but I want to gain a bubble butt. I go to the gym. What are some ways if any can I get a butt?
Its this guy who has work out DVDs that are made to mainly to work the butt and thighs, its a way to work out all the muscles. Made a way bigger difference than just traditional lunges and squats. I don't have time for the gym so these DVDs are perfect
@newmomma13@akmommy I just started the Brazilian Buttlift work out 2 days ago and I can barely walk, which means its working! ...I dont lack in the rear area whatsoever but I wanna lift and tighten this sucker! Lol
