Lol so I'm not completely flat back there but I'm losing weight but I want to gain a bubble butt. I go to the gym. What are some ways if any can I get a butt?

Lunges but the biggest thing is dance. I am small and lost all my weight but still have my butt bc of dance.

Its this guy who has work out DVDs that are made to mainly to work the butt and thighs, its a way to work out all the muscles. Made a way bigger difference than just traditional lunges and squats. I don't have time for the gym so these DVDs are perfect
