• Thanks ladies luckily my boyfriend and I work together and he is headed out now for some! I think it might be because I'm constipated also its just a big miserable mess and I'm done with work trips after.this :)

• If your a little heavier the doctors will want you to maintain or gain from fifteen to twenty pounds but that is up to your doctor I would suggest not losing any weight it is not good for the baby

• I was going to switch to another doctor actually it was mid wife and my doctor won't let me switch over because of the risk of c.section needed but that's all she told me

• I am at 23 weeks and am still very sick my doctor did give me some great meds that help but the best way to describe how they work is they prevent you from vomiting but you are still queasy its like a permanent hang over
