  • @juneduebug glad to be of help.
  • @krazymomofadrian it is mom and my name Tonya backwards. I always use it for a screen name. A y not ;)
  • Oh, that makes sense. I was thinking some thing different. Lol cute
  • When you formula feed.. Keep warm bottles of water, can of formula, and diapers and wipes on a table or something next to you. put the baby in the bassinet next to you. Now any time the baby gets up your ready and don't have to get out of bed. I have gotten so tired I'm stumbling! This way you don't need to carry baby anywhere. Also buy a can of regular and a can of soy formula. Some babies are sensitive and the last thing you want is your poor baby screaming all night and you have to wait for a store to open in the morning!
  • Wow this was like a cram session
  • Thanks to everyone that posted recommendations. I have no idea what to expect and any information is greatly appreciated :)
  • This has been so great! Thank you so
    much ladies!
  • Good stuff
  • For the bf and pumping questions...if u pump after or in between feeding ur body will produce more...it might start out in really small amounts but if u stick w it it does help. I have 2 older boys, neither of whom were on breastmilk for long cuz I wasn't producing...my 1st was 2 wks. W my 2nd I made sure I pumped every 2hrs (he was eating every 4) and I made it 2 mos w him (nothing to brag about but still longer...the longer I went the lazier I got...once summer came I was hardly pumping cuz I was outside. Think that's y I stopped producing as much) good luck ladies
  • Bumping this back up to the top for your ladies assistance. Still feel free to add.
  • bump again is there something in the rules about doing this?? Is anybody offended.
  • Nope! In fact I'm glad you did! Haha
  • @mrsstanley_x2 Lol. I am not doing it for self satisfaction... mostly. But I have gotten really good feedback from it. If anybody has questions I am on often enough to get them answered quickly.

  • I read this post awhile ago, glad you bumped it back up. What a good refresher, maybe by the time baby comes I will have remembered mosy of them. Or not! Bur can always count on pregly to come back too.
  • Thank u. This is so helpful.

@mrswright I keep forgetting about this bit I am gonna try to bump it more often.
  • How can I book mark this?..lol yall are so helpful!

  • If you are allergic to lanolin check your nursing pads!!!! And its in dermaplast serious caused me tons of pain and an infection til my hubby realized it. On formula I tried all the name brands thinking I'm a bad mom if I don't but my babies couldn't keep it down (premie twins). I finally caved and got generic and for me it changed everything, fussiness was gone, spitting up stopped, and gas stopped. So don't feel bad if that's all that works for you. EVERY BABY IS DIFFERENT !!!!!!
  • this is the most helpful/overwhelming piece of information I have ever read in my life... thank you I officially love you <3
