You guys are all so brave! My daughters are 23 months and 3 months old and I have the baby itch already! Anyone have a c-section and get pregnant soon after...and everything is ok?
-

@prayin_4_twins Haha! Me too! I downloaded the app and signed up, but I got an email reply saying I was on the wait list. I can only see a few pins and I'm dying to see more and get started myself :)

I would call to be safe. Could be teething, could be thrush, could be an ear infection, could be post-grow spurt, could be a cold starting, could be nothing. Sounds like teething, though. How old he?
-
I would wait until he's older...let him decide.

I've read to my kids since the day we came home from the hospital. It's such a great way to bond and cuddle. My oldest is 22 months and her favorite toys are books!

Haha! I'm 5 weeks pp and dying to get some ;) I had a c-section and trying to hold out for the 6 weeks...it's tough! I needed to wear a pad for about 3-4 weeks, now I just have spotting and blood tinged mucous. Hang in there!

Sounds like the increased feeding is s growth spurt. I would call your doc about the diarrhea.

Congratulations on your son! I had a c-section on 10/25 too!! With my first c-section my OB told me my deliveries should be 18 months a part. So, we could have started trying when she was 9 months old. I had the itch for another baby around that t…

I totally understand how you feel. I went through the same feelings. I was feeling so depressed and like less of a woman b/c I will never get to experience a vaginal delivery. However, my feelings changed after 2 of my friends had awful VBAC experie…

I had an emergency c-section with #1 and a scheduled c-section with #2. I had complications that occured during the delivery of #1, so a VBAC was an option for me however it was highly discouraged. I made a deal with my OB that if I went into labor …

She was 7#4oz at birth. 6#8oz the day we brought her home. 6#14oz at 1 week. 7#4oz at 2weeks. 8# at 3 weeks.

Baby #2 was scheduled 5 days before my dd. I'm pretty sure the new national standard is to not perform a c-section (or induction) before 39 weeks unless medically indicated.
-
Ooooooo...I'd be so pissed at him! Test as soon as you can!

I'm 3 weeks 4 days pp with my second kiddo and still bleeding on and off. I bled for 5 weeks with my first.

From my experience, any feeding lasting more than 15 mins on each side is just pacifing. It could be a growth spurt too. You don't want to become a pacifier, so try to use your pinky finger or a pacifier. Thrush is pretty painful and can make feedin…

Oh...a few things to try that are always on my list to get her to calm down, try to swaddle her, hold her close to your heart so she can heat your heart beating, kangaroo care, tap her bottom as you rock her, make sure she's warm enough, hold her mo…

Sounds like a growth spurt which typically occurs at day 10. Just try to go with the flow. Don't feel defeated...this will pass. Here is some info... During a growth spurt, breastfed babies nurse more often than usual (sometimes as often as every…

@naliibby2 I volunteer at my local Battered Women's Shelter one night a week doing arts and crafts/play time with the kiddos while the Mom's attend therapy or group sessions. I volunteer another evening at a local chemotherapy clinic. I also volunte…

I've been a SAHM for almost a year now. We have a 21 month old DD and a 3 week old DD. I have no plans to go back to work. I keep busy with house work, plenty of social activities for my 21 month old, volunteering, working out, and cooking. There ju…

My pediatrician told me a newborn will sleep 16-22 hours per day. Totally fine :)
