@lovemyangelbabys, walking ASAP is the recovery advice I get the most, so it must really be the best thing to do.

Thanx ladies! I can't believe it's finally here. Seems like I have been preggers forever, lol.

I didn't tear with my daughter because she was on the smaller side, 6lbs7oz. But, just because one person is able to push out a big baby without tearing, doesn't mean that every woman can do the same. We're all built differently. Do your research an…

I tried the belt, but I found it so uncomfortable I returned it.

Don't feel bad. I felt that way with my daughter, but I tried it, and surprise surprise, I still felt that way! I just don't think breastfeeding is for me. I won't be breastfeeding my son this time around either. My daughter is 8 and has always been…

Oh, I know exactly what u r talking about Hon! I'm 39w and I have been experiencing pelvic pain since about month 5. It's only gotten worse the further along I go. I thought I had psd in the beginning as well, but I didn't. I've carried my son reall…

I'm just glad I'm not the only one that doesn't feel like frolicking in a field of daisies after giving birth like it never happened! Lol. You don't forget all that you've gone thru, it just isn't as important as your baby, that's the way I see it. …

a regular basis!

You're not alone! I didn't have this problem with my daughter, but this little boy has turned me into a hairy monkey, lol. My belly is one of the few places I still shave on a reful

@New_Mommy2011, a good friend of mine had her son last summer and her milk just never came in. She tried breastfeeding for quite a while, and she just never really produced milk. I don't know how common that is, but it does happen.

I agree with everyone else, there have to be more doctors that take Medicaid, do some research. I hope it all works out for u.
-
My daughter actually didn't walk until 14mo, I almost thought something was wrong, lol. But one day, she just got up and started walking. What I found is that u have to be consistent. Don't take the binky away one day and then give it back the next …

Sounds horrible! But, if u don't mind me asking, why do u HAVE to go to these same Drs again?
-
I used one with my daughter. I weaned her off of it when she turned 1, along with the bottle. It wasn't that hard.

I think there r misconceptions about c-sections. It doesn't take 6 weeks to heal, after about a week you're usually fine. I don't know about your hospital, but mine doesn't use staples, u get stitches that dissolve, u don't even have to go back to h…

@mommyto1soontob2, I got mine from the Motherhood store, and it's an E. The lady there measured me, and everything.

Hey, I'll be 39w tomorrow and I gave up on shaving the vajayjay a looong time ago, so u ladies still doing it get much respect from me! Lol. Just the thought wears me out, lol. And as far as legs go, child please! Only when necessary. The Hubby know…

It was like the day I missed my period, my breasts grew a cup size! I was a 36B before I got preggers. They were getting bigger every couple months, but finally stopped a few months ago, I wear a 36E now. I hope they don't get too much bigger after …

Just had the weirdest experience. My stomach got extremely hard and it felt like my son was pushing right on my cervix. Felt like something was going to come out, lol. But no contractions. I'm waiting to hear back from my ob nurse....
-
@KayleeAndAmaiyasmommy, I'm having the c-section because my doc is concerned about his size, my birth canal, and shoulder dystocia. She left the decision up to me and the Hubby and we decided to err on the side of caution. I would just hate to go to…

Your breasts grow 2 cup sizes overnight!

I have learned over this most recent pregnancy that non pregnant people say the most ridiculous things. As long as you, your Hubby, and your kids r happy that is all that matters. Just let it go in one ear and out the other Mama.
-
Whatever your reason is for doing it, or not doing it, let's not act like people are cutting off their kids legs. If parents feel like they're making things easier on their sons in the long run, then that's their decision. If other parents don't see…

@JunaBuggBaby, I wasn't personally offended, I guess I just don't tolerate rude people well, lol.
-
@Kcantu2, I am sooo addicted to Sonic Ice! I just bought a bag yesterday, lol.
-
@CeliaAgnes, I don't live in Chicago, but my brother is a student @ Northwestern and I had Portillo's when I visited. Good stuff!
-
Calling other mothers "lazy" for their choice is unnecessary. Why can't we all express our opinions like adults without resorting to name calling....
-
They just opened a Zaxby's near my parents house here in Houston, I haven't been, but now I'm gonna have to check it out!

As far as the baby being fussy for the first month, the pain doesn't last that long. I've had 2 nephews get it done and they were healed in about a week. As long as you're gentle with the incision, everything should be fine.

No, the money goes into your bank account, u can use it however u want.
